Do you offer Recovery Services?
Unfortunately this service is no longer available. It wasn't as popular as we had hoped it would be. We tried for two years and really did enjoy the patients we had in that time. Perhaps in the future it may be something we can offer again.

Will you offer overnight/boarding?
We won't be offering overnight boarding. We do have a contact for in home pet sitting. They can take your pup to and from Daycare on Monday-Thursdays. Fridays-Sundays they do various activities like pack adventure walk. If you are interested, please check out: Tails and Trails Canine Services on Facebook and Instagram and contact them. Alexis (our staff member) or Kayla will be happy to let you know if they have openings.

Will you have separate spaces for small-large dogs?
We allow all dogs to play together. During their assessment we watch how all sizes of dogs interact with your pup. If we feel they are not happy we will let you know.
We do offer an Itty Bitty Social time on Saturdays from 10:30-11:30am and Half Day Itty Bitty Daycare (up to 5 hours of play) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. This is for dogs under 25lbs.

When can I book retreat/daycare services?
Bookings are available. Check our the "Retreat" tab and click on "book" to get started. *A join to pack assessment is required for retreat bookings.

When can I book spa/grooming services?
We have appointments available. Check out the "Spa" tab and click on "book" to get started.
*No pre-assessments required for spa services.

What will be required for daycare assessments?
We will require the following:
-A social dog who enjoys being around people & other dogs
-Previous off leash experience with other dogs
-Up to date proof of vaccinations (DHPP, Rabies, Bordetella)
-Flea/Tick & deworming medication as recommended by your vet
- 4 months of age or older
-Dog must be Spayed or Neutered (if over 6 months of age).
-A flat, quick release, buckled collar (think of a seatbelt) with no large tags.
-One 4-6 foot standard leash. No Flexi or corded leashes please.
-All items brought to the center must be labelled with your pets first & last name.

Do you offer Birthday Parties?
Yes. We take Birthday Bookings on Saturdays. The base cost is $85 plus tax for up to 5 pups. Please call us to discuss your needs.
